What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies based on product and delivery location.

Within Bangalore limits, we arrange transport through any of the online booking apps like Porter. The actual cost to be borne by the Purchaser.

For shipments outside Bangalore, we ship through third party logistics providers. The actual cost to be borne by the Purchaser.

Once order is confirmed, our team will reach you to discuss on possible logistics options. 

Delivery to door step available? 

It again depends on delivery location and the logistics partner. We try to choose best possible way to deliver at your door step but cannot guarantee door step delivery everywhere.

Please note logistics partner may charge extra cost for home delivery.  

Unloading and Lifting available?

Customer has to make necessary arrangements to unload and lift bulky items like plywood, heavy weight items, appliances, lengthy items etc.

However some logistic providers may provide these services on additional cost which has to be borne by Purchaser

What is the estimated dispatch time?

Most of the products will be in stock and dispatched within 2 working days. However some products need more time to procure and dispatch. In such cases our team will communicate approx timeline. 

Are there any hidden costs?

There are NO hidden charges. List prices are final and all-inclusive of taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged extra as per shipping policy.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Please check refund policy to know whether product is returnable or not.

Contact Us to initiate a return for the products which are returnable. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Return fees are borne by the Purchaser.
